### User Roles & Permissions

### Role Summary

- **Viewer** – Read-only access
- **Manager** – Operational alert management
- **Admin** – Full administrative control

## Best Practices

Assign the lowest role necessary for a user to perform their tasks.
Review user access regularly to ensure permissions remain aligned with responsibilities.
