The **Portal Settings** page allows client users to manage global portal-level configurations.

Navigate to **Settings**. There are two available sections:

- **Notification channels**
- **Licenses**

## Notification Channels

Configure notification channels via:
[https://portal.factry.cloud/notification-channels](https://portal.factry.cloud/notification-channels)

Or navigate to:
**Settings → Notification channels**

From here you can:

- Use the pre-configured notification channel
- Create additional channels (e.g. Email, Webhook)
- Enable automatic linking for future alerts
- Link or unlink alerts manually

### Important Behavior

- Each linked alert sends a separate notification when it fires
- Unlinked alerts are not automatically relinked
- Factry maintains an escalation channel for critical alerts

Notification channels determine how alerts are delivered and who is informed when issues occur.

## Licenses

View all licenses via:
[https://portal.factry.cloud/licenses](https://portal.factry.cloud/licenses)

Or navigate to:
**Settings → Licenses**

This page provides a consolidated overview of all licenses within your portal.

The overview includes:

- License name
- State (e.g. in\_use)
- Issued date
- Expiration date
- Enabled features
- Linked Historian
- Linked organization

Use this section to:

- Monitor license validity
- Review feature availability
- Track expiration timelines

The Portal Settings page centralizes notification configuration and license oversight across all environments.
