The Factry Historian Excel Add-In allows you to retrieve time-series data from Factry Historian directly into Microsoft Excel. It provides a list of custom functions to obtain single values as well as values over a time window, optionally using aggregation functions.

## Getting Started

To get started with the Excel Add-In, you will first need to [install the add-in](docId\:THR5aDnfLWW_ErCfY68qn).

Once you have installed the add-in, you can begin using it by opening Microsoft Excel and clicking the Factry icon in the ribbon. From here, you can [connect to your Factry Historian instance](docId\:y6tUqFJPLisSSz44WJM8h) and start [querying your data](docId\:ZkD6WKX8YZlrkY9lSEGEH).
