The **Factry Historian Portal** is the central platform for managing users, alerts, installations and downloads of your Factry environment.

### Accessing the Portal

**Login**: [https://portal.factry.cloud/login](https://portal.factry.cloud/login)

- Log in using your email address (account created by Factry or your administrator).
- First-time users should click “I forgot my password” to set their password.
- After logging in, you will land on the Overview page.

**Overview**: [https://portal.factry.cloud/overview](https://portal.factry.cloud/overview)

The Overview page shows:

- All active alerts (bottom of the page or on the right side on wide screens)
- Alerts independent of notification settings
- Filters to narrow down visible alerts
