logs overview an overview of the logs created by a running historian instance can be accessed by clicking the configuration in the left pane, followed by clicking on logs the logs can be filtered based on type, log level and time range, with a collection of preconfigured time ranges log messages from before v8 0 0 will not have the new tags like log type, so will not be visible when using these filters logs for a specific object many objects within historian can have associated logs these logs can be viewed in the application logs overview or more directly via the object's detail page object types that can have associated logs measurements calculations event configurations tasks
