OPC-DA Collector

Compatibility
Collectors of all versions >= v1.0.0 are compatible with all Factry Historian versions >= v4.0.0, in both directions. However, for certain functionalities, certain minimum versions of the collector and Factry Historian are required. More information is always available in the release notes.

Bug fixes
- Fixed a crash that could occur when measurements were added, updated, or retried while the collector was polling.
- Fixed a crash when polling a set of items that were all unknown to the OPC-DA server.
- Fixed a case where the collector could keep reporting healthy while no longer collecting data after the OPC-DA server dropped the connection without closing it; this is now detected and the collector reconnects.
- Measurements configured with a negative collection interval are now rejected instead of being registered but never collected.
- Fixed a failover collector silently failing to connect after taking over. A connection failure is now reported in the logs and the collector health on every activation, even when the same error was already seen before.
