Adapting Checklist Templates
Checklist templates, once created, can be adapted to suit different operational contexts using the edit icon on the overview screen
Only checklist template in status New or Waiting on Approval can be edited. For checklist templates that are Active or Archived, a new version has to be created first
Adaptation can include:
- adding or removing checklist items
- modifying validation rules
- introducing dynamic conditions
- adjusting work instructions
- integrating images or external references
Templates can also incorporate conditional logic to ensure that the checklist adapts dynamically during execution.
For example:
- certain questions appear only for specific materials
- additional checks are shown when a measurement falls outside limits
- different instructions appear depending on equipment configuration
This flexibility allows a single template to support multiple production scenarios.
